  38. The Program
  39. -----------

  41. Simply input data by cliking on the white icons then when a new record is
  42. needed click on the '>' or '<' buttons to go forward or backwards through
  43. the records.  The '>>>' and '<<<' buttons do the same but in steps of ten.
  44. Also by typing in the number of record you wish at the top and clicking 'GO'
  45. will take you straight to that record without touching the
  46. '>','<','>>>','<<<' icons.
  47. Saving couldn't be simpler!  Just click on save then drag the icon from the
  48. Save window do the desired directory.  This will save all the records with
  49. information in them.  Saving is also available from the icon bar when 'Menu'
  50. is clicked over it.
  51. There is also an option to blank all the records.

  54. The other text file in this directory (!Fields) contains what the text says
  55. before the fields.  This can be changed to suit your own needs.  This allows
  56. different types of information to be stored.  If this is changed whilst
  57. editing then simply click the option on the Menu and the new Field names
  58. will be loaded.

  66. The only bug I have noticed (in other words the only important one that
  67. anyone who uses this package is likely to notice in there millions of years
  68. of use) is when you save a blank file, that is when nothing is entered into
  69. the records structure on screen and then save is clicked and a file is
  70. saved.  This works fine.  But when you try to load the file it won't be able
  71. to recognise it.  This isn't to bad as there is no use for it but it should
  72. be cleared up.
