  3. This is the Address icon.|MClick SELECT to open the Address Book.
  4. This is the Address Book records window.|M
  5. It displays the currently loaded Address file.
  6. This is the Start Record icon.|MClick SELECT to move to the 1st record in the loaded Address file.
  7. This is the Back Record icon.|MClick SELECT to move back 1 record.|MKeep SELECT held down to step back through the records.
  8. This is the Forward Record icon.|MClick SELECT to move forward 1 record.|MKeep SELECT held down to step forward through the records.
  9. This is the End Record icon.|MClick SELECT to move to the last record in the loaded Address file.
  10. This is the Record Number of the currently displayed address.
  11. This is the Total Number of records in the loaded Address file.
  12. This is the Name field of the displayed record.|M
  13. This is the Address field of the displayed record.|M
  14. This is the Telephone Number field of the displayed record.|M
  15. This is the Remarks field of the displayed record.|M
  16. This is the Save window.|M
  17. It enables you to save your Address file.
  18. This is the File icon of your Address file.|MClick SELECT and drag this icon to an open Filer directory window to save.
  19. This is the File name that your Address file will be saved with.|M
  20. This is the 'OK' icon.|MClick SELECT to save your Address file (Only if a full pathname is already present).
  21. This is the Search Window.|M
  22. It enables you to search through your loaded Address file for any matches to the search string displayed.
  23. This is the string to be searched for.|M
  24. This is the Start Search icon.|MClick SELECT to begin a search for your entered string.
  25. This is the Case Sensitive icon.|MClick SELECT to toggle this option on or off for searching.
  26. This is the Printer window.|M
  27. It enables you to control what records are printed.
  28. This icon shows the number of copies of each Address record to print.|M
  29. This icon shows the Record number that printing will start from.|M
  30. This icon shows the Record number that printing will end at.|M
  31. This is the Matched Records window.|M
  32. It displays any records found during a search.
  33. Click SELECT and type to edit.
