  1. This directory is used to store user configuration files for the FreeNet
  2. TCP/IP stack, along with any extra client programs or drivers that the
  3. user wishes to install.

  5. When upgrading FreeNet, the whole of the !FreeNet application should be
  6. replaced, leaving !FreeUser intact to preserve those items installed by
  7. the user. For this reason, it is preferable that user installed items
  8. be placed within !FreeUser rather than !FreeNet.
