To type into the object click Select over the object the object will get the caret pue you can start typing To import a text file drag its icon onto the object whilst holding down Ctrl. .A text object can hold up tc of text. If you import larger file than this it will be truncated. Text that has been typed 1r or imported can be edited the normal manner. Text can be replaced entirely by importing another text file Once an object has had text imported or typed into the object is text object and cannot be changed into graphic object.
