  3. I thank Bryan Scattergood for many useful discussions when cracking the CRAM
  4. format, and also for being a good source of sound advice on programming
  5. practice, in general.  The development of this software was significantly
  6. aided by the use of the !Larger virtual desktop and backdrop application, and
  7. the !Zap text/memory editor.  The algorith for SuperMac Cinepak decompression
  8. is thanks to Mark Podlipec; his XAnim application is strongly recommended for
  9. playing all sorts of film formats under UNIX and X Windows. Dick Wallin and
  10. others from ACORN and ARM have been very helpful to getting !PlayAVI running
  11. on the RISC PC.  I also thank Ben Summers for supplying examples of Cinepak
