  1. Software Licence Conditions.

  4. The term 'software' below is any file supplied on this disc, and any 
  5. additional files which may be issued from time to time in the form of 
  6. upgrades or amendments to this software.
  7.  
  8. The purchaser of the software is granted a licence to use the software
  9. supplied on this disc in the manner described below.  No other rights 
  10. are offered or implied.
  11.  
  12. The purchaser may:-
  13.  
  14.    1. Use the software supplied on this disc, by inserting the disc into 
  15.       the drive of any single RISC-OS computer, at any one time.
  16.  
  17.    2. Either -
  18.  
  19.     a Make as many installations onto the hard disc of as many machines as
  20.       are permitted by the Install program supplied for the purpose.
  21.  
  22.       OR -
  23.  
  24.     b Where no hard disc is fitted, make as many installations onto floppy discs, 
  25.       on as many machines as are permitted by the Install program supplied for 
  26.       the purpose. Such copies must be made on the machines on which they are 
  27.       intended to be used, and only used on those machines.
  28.  
  29.    3. Make the minimum number of backup discs as may be needed to ensure
  30.       the security of each installed program.
  31.  
  32. The purchaser may NOT:-
  33.  
  34.    1. Copy any part of the software, except for the purpose of making backup
  35.       disc copies for the sole use of the purchaser, as described above.
  36.  
  37.    2. Pass the software, in whole or part, to any third party, in the form
  38.       of a loan or gift, or in exchange for any consideration.
  39.  
  40.    3. Dissassemble, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to
  41.       analyse the software for any purpose whatever, without the advance,
  42.       written approval of Circle Software.
  43.  
  44.    4. Incorporate any part of the software into any other software or
  45.       product, for personal gain or otherwise.
  46.  
  47. No claim is made relating to the suitablity of this software for any specific
  48. purpose, and any warranty, implied or otherwise, shall apply to the supplied
  49. discs and manuals only. Since the use of this software is beyond our control,
  50. no liability is accepted for any loss arising from its use, however caused.
  51.  
  52. The purchaser is respectfully reminded that the illegal copying of software 
  53. constitutes theft, and is a criminal offence carrying harsh penalties.
