  80. Level One: MUDLAB11.WAD - E1L1  -  Headquarters.
  81. You have successfully infiltrated the enemies labratory base 
  82. but..  while you were "freshening up", they have discovered 
  83. your true identity!  Now you're stuck smack dab in the middle 
  84. of them with only the weapons that you always carry... and 
  85. whatever else you can scavange.  The only way out is through
  86. the lower levels.

  88. Level Two: MUDRAT12.WAD - E1L2  -  Deeper Into The Complex.
  89. Now ya did it, Does the term "outa the frying pan and into the
  90. fire" mean anything?  These guys are relentless.  Goal here is
  91. to get out.  You're gonna hafta just search around for the door 
  92. to the key.  Save Your Game!

  94. Level Three: MUDVAT13.WAD - E1L3  -  Lower Levels
  95. Got to this floor, now all the doors are locked, better go 
  96. somewhere and get a way in.  Funny how sometimes the only way 
  97. out is to go deeper. Good Luck!

  99. Level Four: MUDMAD14.WAD - E1L4
  100. New and Hard! You've got to clear this complex of all evil.  There's 
  101. a lot here so you are going to have your hands full.  Not TOO hard 
  102. in easy modes but VERY hard in 3 and 4 is... Wow!  (God Mode)

  104. Level Five: MUDTOW15.WAD - E1L5
  105. Previous release... Loads of monsters.  Hidden room has key to exit 
  106. room.  Look in map mode to get all sectors!  I'ts hidden amidst the 
  107. other rooms
  108.  
  109. Level Six: MUDBAS16.WAD - E1L6
  110. Previous release... There's a switch hidden somewhere and it releases 
  111. the exit door back near the start position. 
  112.  
  113. Level Seven: MUDMAN17.WAD - E1L7
  114. Previous release... This is one of my personal favorites.  Hard in 
  115. easy mode and impossible in hard mode.

  123. MISC. INFO - HOW TO AND SUCH.....

  125. TO PLAY EXTERNAL WAD FILES
  126. Unzip The Wads and other files in DMMUD12.ZIP 
  127. Copy ALL of the files into your Doom directory
  128. then type:

  130. MUDWADS - to play the game all levels
  131.  
  132. or
  133.  
  134. MUDDEMO - to see demo of E1L1 - Diff 1
  135.  
  136. There are several real good menuing systems, or Wad Managers as it 
  137. were. These will all load multiple wads in their latest versions.
  138. "Doom Master" is one that will load any PWAD, or Patch Wad in 
  139. your Doom dir and allows for all utilities to be accessed through it 
  140. directly.  "WadGod" is another that will let you do this but only with 
  141. Zipped Wads, and from any directory.  "Doom Launcher" is a Windows 
  142. version that provides all the PIF information that you'll need, but 
  143. the sound fx don't work quite right on mine.  As I write my Wads in 
  144. Windows with "DoomEd, The Real Thing" I use this to test areas and 
  145. stages of development.  Each of these are best for various reasons.
  146. Please don't forget to register shareware that you find useful.
