DDay Readme text.
To enable the sound and music in this demo simply type: SETUP and press
<enter> while in the directory in which the game files are installed.
From here you're on your own; fumble around get a look at some of the options
and graphics in DDAY.
Below are some of the changes made to this demo
1) Messages have been added to the various parts of the game that have been
omitted, for obvious reasons. When a player has reached 5 days into the game,
or has engaged in three Micro Miniature battles, a message will appear saying
that the demo has ended. This should reset the game and allow you to restart.
2) All of the historical events have been removed.
3) The demo is limited to standard play only: this means that the abilty to
play the Germans, Campaigns and change the setup of armies has been ommited.
4) The historical Micro Miniatures battles have also been ommited.
5) The load a game and save a game options have been disabled.
6) Victory conditions can be viewed but can't be changed.

Impressions will be working on a number of D-Day supplements in the near
future. Depending on demand, we may produce some data disks containing new
campaigns and/or Micro-Miniature battles. We will also be working on a modem
playable version of the game. Like the Blue & The Gray modem module, this will
only allow modem play on the campaign level of the game. The D-Day module will
be available FREE however. When ready, which should be soon, it will be
available on our own BBS system, as well as on CompuServe & GEnie.
Have Fun!!!!!
