  16.  I'll make this very quick. River cuts through the land and 3 islands in the
  17. center. For those who fear water, the bridges leads to the center and past the
  18. mines to go right to the other side. The main center island has 2 40k mines
  19. and the 2 islands to its side has 1 mine of 50k.  Everyone starts out with 1
  20. 50k mine. There are 8 oil patches each with 15000 oil. Play this any way you
  21. want.
