- ACT 1: INTRODUCTION
-
- You start of on Main Street. You can walk into any
- building that isn't boarded up. Start by entering Mom's Cafe by clicking
- the hand icon on the door. Take the can of beans in the foreground. Exit
- the cafe and go to the saloon next door. Look at the doctor (maybe you
- should try to stop him drinking too much) and pick up the whiskey glass.
- Then, go out the back door. Get the ice pick on the barrel and the
- elixir on the broken caravan. Exit to the bottom and you'll see the
- church. Open the door and get the wax, then look at the keyhole of the
- door and get the key. Walk to the right and down until you see the
- school. Pick up the slide's ladder.

- ACT 1: THE PRESCRIPTIONS
-
- Go back to Main Street and walk left until you see your pharmacy.
- Unlock the door with a key that you already have, and go behind the
- counter. Penelope will walk into the pharmacy. Take her prescription
- and follow the directions in the manual (copy protection) and make the
- right medicine in the back of the lab. Put the right amount of the
- liquid in a bottle and cork it. Then, go back outside and give it to
- Penelope.

- While you're at it, you might as well explore your home a little more.
- Go up the stairs into your bedroom. Open the trunk and get the outfit.
- Open the night stand and get the key inside. Last, open the dresser and
- get the claim check. Go back downstairs. The small black key found
- upstairs will open the locked desk. Unlock it and open it. Then, unlock
- the drawer inside the desk and get the letter.

- Your next client is Mom. Follow the same procedure to make the pills
- that she needs.
-
- Next up is Madame Ovaree. Take her prescription (it's too dirty and
- small to read). Use the whiskey glass as a magnifier and read what's on
- the prescription. Um, testosterate for a woman? Better check with the
- doctor. Go to the salon and show it to the doctor. He'll write you a
- new one. Go back to the pharmacy and make the appropriate powder and
- give it to the Madame.

- Your last client for the day is Smithie. He wants Prescription G, which
- can be found right on the table in your pharmacy. Give it to him. The
- sheriff comes in and the act ends.

- ACT 2: SAVE THE TOWN!
-
- A BAD CASE OF AIR POLLUTION
-
- The town's being gassed by horses. You have to act fast in this part or
- you'll die by inhaling too much air. Remember that smithie? Surely, he
- left something behind. Visit his shop to the far left of Main Street.
- Pick up some coal, and get the rope and leather strap on the wall of the
- smithie's building. Now you have all you need for a makeshift mask. Put
- the coal in the tin can. Make a few holes in the can with the ice pick.
- Put the leather strap on, and voila! There's your mask. Use it on
- yourself now, and every time that you're running out of air.

- You have to take a sample of the air so that you can make the right
- medicine to cure the horses. Go to the mercantile store and get the
- paper bag on the counter. Go outside and use the paper bag on a horse
- for the sample. While you're at it, go to the barber and give him your
- claim check. Go back to your pharmacy, analyze your paper bag, and make
- the medicine as your manual suggests. Use the elixir to fuel the alcohol
- lamp. When you're done, go outside and use the bottle on the water
- troughs.

- ACT 2: THE SNAIL STAMPEDE
-
- What will designers come up with next? Well, the town is about to get
- slimed. This bit is also timed, so you can't take too long.
-
- Go to the bartender in the saloon and give him the money the smithie
- gave you. He'll give you some beer bottles. Use the church key to open
- the bottles. Go over the bridge and you'll see the snails in the back.
- Take one of them first, then use the open beer bottles on the ground.
-
- ACT 2: THE (REAL) INDIAN SIDEKICK
-
- How can a western hero be without a sidekick? You have to help him out
- first, though, before he'll join you. Use the ladder on him so that he
- can cross over onto the rocks.
-
- ACT 2: NOT ENOUGH OUTHOUSES FOR THE PEOPLE
-
- Walk to the outhouse behind your pharmacy and take a look. You have to
- save all these people from the pain they're experiencing. The water's
- contaminated; you have to find a cure for it. Go back across the bridge
- and retrieve get your ladder. Go back to your pharmacy, but stop by
- Mom's cafe to give her the snail you got. Pick up the bicarbonate soda
- outside your pharmacy. Go into your lab and prepare a medicine for
- diarrhea (read the manual) and go back to the outhouse. Turn the faucet
- on and put some water in your empty beer bottles. Put the ladder on the
- side of the stand under the water tank. Climb it, and get the ladder
- once you're on top. Put the ladder on the side of the water tank. Climb
- it, click the hand icon on the rope in your inventory, and throw it on
- the metal part on top of the water tank. Climb the rope and enjoy the
- attention you're getting. Open the hatch and put the medicine you made
- inside. You saved the town again!

- ACT 2: FIRE!
-
- You get roused in the middle of the night by your faithful Indian
- sidekick. There's a fire in town! Walk out of the pharmacy and walk to
- the right. Here's the fire. Put the bicarbonate soda on the right side
- of the see-saw. Get on the swing, and keep clicking the hand icon until
- you achieve maximum height. When you're at the highest part of the swing
- (closest to the school) click the hand icon on the roof of the school.
- Now that you're on the roof, click the hand on the raised part of the
- see-saw, and you've saved the building!

- Now you have to find some entertainment for the night. The saloon is
- still open, but the little 'ol 'orehouse is where you want to go. You'll
- see the sheriff and the banker plotting here. So, that's who's against
- you! Hm, I wonder who "The Boss" is? Leave these two alone for now and
- go into the building. Grab the French postcards on the table. Wait for
- Madame Ovaree to show up. The third act ends.

- ACT 3: BECOMING A GUNSLINGER AGAIN
-
- Go out of the pharmacy. Make sure you pick up the pile of horse dung on
- the street. Go into the barber shop, and give him the French postcards
- from the night before. He'll give you the laughing gas. Stop by Mom's
- Cafe and get a cup of coffee. That apple pie on the windowsill looks
- good. Put the pile of horse dung on the floor so that Hop will be busy.
- Get out of the cafe. Go to the back of the cafe and grab the apple pie.
- Go to the graveyard, get the shovel, and dig the grave next to the
- shovel. Get the key inside. Cover the grave up again. Get a lump of clay
- by clicking the hand icon on the ground. Go to the bank and give the
- banker your key. Get the guns and scarf from the safety box. Go to the
- sheriff and give him the apple pie and the coffee. Now you can clean
- your guns and load them.

- Go back to the pharmacy. Srini isn't here: he's waiting and ready to
- train you. Go outside, and walk to the screen just outside the
- graveyard. You have to put the bottles on the fence posts (drink them
- first). The shooting action scene will begin.
-
- Shoot all the bottles. When you're done, go to the mercantile shop and
- use the wax on Willy. Go outside to Main Street and come back in. Get
- Willy's pocket knife. Use the knife on the wax, and then the clay on the
- wax ear.
-
- Go to your pharmacy. Notice Srini's silver medallion hanging on the
- wall? Get it. Go to the lab. Light the alcohol lamp and use the wax
- mold ear on it. The wax will melt away. Put the silver medallion in a
- crucible and melt it on the lamp. Use the mold on the crucible. Click
- the hand icon on the mold/silver ear and voila! Your disguise is
- complete.

- Talk to Srini and he'll tell you that he'll help you out. Go upstairs
- and get changed into your new outfit. The act ends.
-
- ACT 4: SHOWDOWN!
-
- DEALING WITH THE POKER CHEAT
-
- Go to the saloon. Talk to Chester outside. Something fishy is going on
- inside the saloon. Step inside, and take a look at the poker game. You
- have to click the hand icon on Ace's third hand that pops up from under
- the table. Once you've done this, you'll jump behind a table. Shoot the
- brass rail at the bottom of the counter behind you. That takes care of
- Ace.

- ACT 4: GUNSHOTS ON MAIN STREET
-
- Go outside the saloon through the back door. Climb the stairs. Put the
- can of laughing gas on the balcony. Go back down the stairs and go just
- outside the 'orehouse. Step into the gazebo and use the gun on the can
- of laughing gas. Go back to Main Street, where you'll encounter more
- gunslingers. This is another action scene: make sure you hit only the
- bad guys only! You can shoot the vultures and snails too.

- ACT 4: SHOWDOWN WITH KENNY THE KID
-
- Shoot Kenny. He'll hit first and shoot your ear off. After he leaves
- get, the scarf from around your neck and use it to stop the blood flow
- from your ear: that's your last good ear.
-
- ACT 4: THE BIG BOSS -- FINAL SHOWDOWN
-
- Penelope was the Big Boss you were wondering about all along! Do as she
- says and drop your guns by clicking the hand icon on the guns in the
- inventory screen. Then, grab the slate next to you. Penelope will get
- you and trap you in the cellar. Click the hand icon on the chair until
- you fall over. Grab the silver ear. Use the ear on the floor, and then
- use it to cut the ropes. Back upstairs, grab for the sword, and here's
- another action scene where you have to beat Penelope at a sword fight.
- Corner her, then Kenny comes in. Throw the silver ear at him.

- That's it! Enjoy the ballad at the end, and make sure you watch the
- credits all the way through. Congratulations!
