  10. Resta is a powerful screen saver for windows with many features.
  11.  
  12. If you do not have Windows 3.1, or the Windows 3.1 help viewer,
  13. you will be unable to view the help file, as sadly it requires
  14. the windows 3.1 help viewer.  The 3.1 help viewer is freely
  15. redistributable, but for the sake of keeping the ZIP file small
  16. it has not been included.  The full manual is in the file
  17. RESTA.WRI, which can been read by using WRITE.EXE, which
  18. is in the directory where you have windows installed.
  19. You should be able to find the Windows 3.1 help viewer
  20. on a BBS near you, or an even better idea is to upgrade to
  21. windows 3.1!

  24. (RESTA.WRI) for more information on Resta.
