  1. Setup DIH
  2.  
  3. The installation of DIH is very easy. The first thing you have to do is select
  4. or create a directory and copy DIH.EXE together with DIHHOOK.DLL to it. If you
  5. like to access the help file from within DIH you can copy it to the same
  6. directory. If DIH can't find this help file, the help command will not be
  7. available in the system menu. You also need to copy CTL3DV2.DLL to your
  8. Windows system directory. If you are running Windows on a network, copy
  9. CTL3DV2.DLL to your Windows directory. Don't copy this file to the same
  10. directory DIH.EXE is in otherwise DIH will not run!

  12. There are 3 ways to run DIH:
  13. (1)    Just run it.
  14. (2)    Add DIH.EXE to the end of the 'LOAD=' line in your WIN.INI file.
  15.     If your path doesn't include the directory of DIH, make sure you
  16.     specify the full pathname.
  17. (3)    Install DIH.EXE as the last entry in the Startup folder of
  18.     the Program Manager.

  20. The program will load itself as an icon at the bottom of the screen and hide
  21. all icons that have a class name listed in the DIH.INI file.
  22. The program is designed to only allow one instance of itself to run at a time.
