  5. Description:    lzop is a file compressor similar to gzip. Its main advantages
  6.                 over gzip are much higher compression and decompression speed.
  7.                 lzop was designed with the following goals in mind:
  8.                   1) speed (both compression and decompression)
  9.                   2) reasonable drop-in compatibility to gzip
  10.                   3) portability
  11.                 lzop uses the LZO data compression library for compression
  12.                 services.
