  11. This program is for sending Short Messages to mobile phones of 160 Characters. Currently 
  12. supported are the Vodafone, Orange and Celnet networks from within the UK.
  13.  
  14.     To send a message, you need to know the message, the mobile phone number to
  15.  send the message to, and the Network Operator of that mobile phone. Ideally, you
  16.  should not need to know the Network Operator, but the UK operators currently do not
  17.  allow SMS messages to be passed between UK networks.
  18.  
  19.     This has the unfortunate effect that, for example, a Cellnet subscriber cannot
  20.  send an SMS message to a Vodafone subscriber, without resorting to using an SMSC
  21.  other than that provided by Cellnet. Whilst the Network Operators continue to fail
  22.  to provide full connectivity, you will need to know which network a phone is connected
  23.  to, to ensure successful routing of the message.

  25.     To make life easier, SMSMaster includes a database of UK phone numbers and
  26.  Network Operators, to automatically route the SMS message to the correct network.

  28. IMPORTANT NOTICE

  30.     Currently this software only works with Cellnet Orange and Vodafone numbers and from
  31.  
  32.     To use this software a minimum of 4Mb of ram should be used and WB3.

  36. 2) Better debug window. Much less clutter on registered version.
  37. 3) Removed parsing bugs from Celnet and Vodafone connects 
  38. 4) Removed bug from auto detect for voda and celnet numbers now all
  39.    current prefixes are recognised.
  40. 5) Improved handling of unexpected responses from SMSC providers
  41. 6) Cleaner hangups from failed sends
  42. 7) Cleaner hangups at end of successful sends
  43. 8) All curently known orange prefixes auto detected
  44. 9) Internal buffer overflow bug removed.
  45. 10) Response times quicker with SMSC
