  6.      The program Kurve and all documentation files are freely distributable,
  7.      but copyrighted by me.
  8.      This means  that you can  copy it freely and  unmodified as long as
  9.      you  don't  ask for any  more  money than a nominal fee for copying
  10.      (max. 4$ or 5DM).

  12.      THIS APPLIES TO GERMAN PD DEALERS TOO!!!

  14.      This  program  may be put on  PD  disks, especially  on Fred Fish's
  15.      AmigaLibDisks.  If  you want  to distribute this  program  you MUST
  16.      keep  this notice and the  source code with it. Program  and source
  17.      code  must be distributed  in  their original  unmodified  form. Of
  18.      course  you can use  an archiver like LHarc to make it available on
  19.      mailboxes and FTP sites. This program cannot be used for commercial
  20.      purposes without written permission from the author.

  40.      Sorry, but ( turbo- ) parser4.00.c (the function compiler)  and the
  41.      68020/68881 Version of Kurve (TurboKurve) is  not included. I spend
  42.      too  much  time in programing the parser modul.  If  you  want this
  43.      modul and TurboKurve, send me 20DM(Europe) or 20US$(out of Europe).
  44.      So  you become a  registered  user of Kurve, get a disk with Turbo-
  45.      Kurve,  parser4.00.c,  turboparser4.00c ( the 68881/82  Version ), 
  46.      the interpreter version, the pseudo-stack-machine version (will run
  47.      also on other machines like Prehistoric Computers), some docs ? and
  48.      maybe a new version of Kurve.
