  7.   Description: Utility to synchronize folders, with many options.
  8.         Notes: SmartCopy is a freeware that allows copy files/folders between
  9.                two folders, with a few nice options including:
  10.                -if an up to date copy of a file exists in the target folder,
  11.                 then don't copy the file...
  12.                -additive copy: files already in the target folder can be left
  13.                 untouched (option),
  14.                -only copy files created or modified after a given date,
  15.                -various options for links (see documentation),
  16.                -only files & folders that have been filtered depending on their
  17.                name and their type attribute.
  18.                This program is at the very same time a command line and a GUI
  19.                program. Just use it the way you want! Beta version 5.
  20.                Since beta 2, added filters, options for links, improved speed
  21.                and user interface.
