  3.     ray4 is a 4D raytracer that I wrote for my master's thesis entitled
  4. "Four-Space Visualization of 4D Objects", in May 1991.  The thesis is
  5. available via anonymous FTP in both PostScript and TROFF versions (try
  6. ftp.kpc.com).  The 4D raytracer should run on any platform that supports
  7. C and floating point, but the display programs are machine (or graphics API)
  8. specific.

  10.     Included in the ray4 package is a displayer for GL-based workstations
  11. and Amiga platforms; there are also programs to convert from ray4 image
  12. format to MTV format and Sun raster format.

  14.     r4-130.tar.Z   --  The ray4 4D raytracing package, version 1.30.
  15.     r4tomtv.tar.Z  --  Converts r4 images to MTV format.
  16.     r4torle.c.Z    --  Converts r4 images to Utah Raster Toolkit format.

  18.     Also available via anonymous FTP is my 4D wireframe program, called wire4.
  19. wire4 runs on SGI Iris 3130 workstations.
