  1. 1)  Change FFLAGS in makefile.msc to set up what ever floating point stuff
  2.     you would like. (It appears that only -FPc or -FPI87 work - good onya
  3.     Microsoft!)

  5. 2)  run make: "make makefile.msc"

  8. Note:- there is a set of tests, use "make make.msc" and run fort.exe
  9. to run them.
