  9. This is a patch agains the ISO MPEG1 demonstration source.  The
  10. modifications are distributed under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
  11. (see the file COPYING for details).

  13. The graphical frame analyzer uses the MPGLIB decoding engine, from the
  14. MPG123 package, written by: Michael Hipp (www.mpg123.de) MPGLIB is
  15. released under the GPL, while MPG123 is released under a more
  16. restrictive agreement.
