You may leave and revisit the order form as often as you wish to continue browsing or ordering items. The "Back" button at the bottom of the screen will take you back to your place in the catalogue.
Once you are finished in the catalogue, please confirm each line of your order in the Order Detail Box at the top of the screen. If you wish to either change the quantity of an item ordered or to cancel it, click on the line item when highlighted. You will then be presented with a screen that allows you to change the quantity or enter 0 to cancel it.
Enter all your shipping and payment method information in the boxes. You can click on a box to enter information and press the tab key to switch between boxes.
Prices are in U.S. or Canadian funds and are valid for 1997/1998. All U.S. and International residents pay in U.S. funds, while Canadian residents pay in Canadian funds. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, as well as money orders (International, U.S., Canadian) and personal cheques. International Money Orders must be drawn from a Canadian bank. Please do not send cash. Make cheques and money orders payable to Nettwerk Productions. We do not accept C.O.D. orders or post-dated cheques.
Please note all NSF cheques (non-sufficient funds) are subject to an additional charge of $20.00.
All shipping costs, taxes and totals are calculated automatically, Canadian residents please check appropriate button for tax calculation. Shipping costs are $5.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. If you live outside North America, add $5.00 shipping per item.
When you have completely filled out the order form, click the "Place Order"
button at the bottom of the screen to continue. All of the order information will be displayed for you to confirm. You may click the "Back" button to return to the Order Form to make any changes. Once you have confirmed all the order information
click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the screen to continue.
You will now be presented with three choices for sending us your order. Click your preferred method and your order is now complete. The order information will stay in the order form until you exit the program.

A 3-4 week waiting period is granted to all orders paid by personal cheque. Any other form of payment (credit card, money order), please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
