  19. Okay. First of all this sight is not trying to be the biggest.  Just different!  I try to have themes you don't find anywhere else! <font size=-1></font>These themes <font size=+1 color="#FF0000"><b>DO NOT</b></font> require Microsoft Plus!  They are stand alone themes using  
  20. <a href="http://www.connectix.com">Desktop Designer </a>.  They are however, fully compatible with Microsoft Plus!  When you are done downloading them, just unzip the file and click on the .exe file... it will do the rest. The moving picture previews show some of the multiple backgrounds for that theme.  One last thing.  Everything  will look best in at least 16 bit color!!!
