  19. Watch provides a variety of MIDI diagnostic and support functions.  It
  20. is like a Swiss army knife for MIDI musicians.  Its most basic function
  21. is to display incoming MIDI codes in a readable fashion.  A data review
  22. buffer which can be viewed at any time shows the data in even more
  23. detail, with full descriptions of the MIDI codes.  The buffer contents
  24. may be saved to a standard MIDI file for later use.  For diagnostic work
  25. or device setup, assignable "send keys" may be used to send short MIDI
  26. data strings, or entire files.  A filter/patchbay facility permits
  27. selective message removal, channel redirection, note range limiting,
  28. volume changes, and transposition.  Full on-screen help is available.
