  23.     SIMPLE PAIRS SHAREWARE VENDOR DISTRIBUTION POLICIES

  25.     Vendors who wish to distribute Simple Pairs on diskette, CD ROM,
  26.     or other physical media may do so freely as long as the 
  27.     following guidelines are followed:
  28.  
  29.     1. The offering and sale of Simple Pairs will be stopped at 
  30.     *any* time the author so requests.
  31.  
  32.     2. All the files that are part of the orginal shareware
  33.     distribution of Simple Pairs must be included in the vendor's
  34.     distribution of Simple Pairs.
  35.  
  36.     3. Your library's catalog or listing must state that this
  37.     program is not free, but is copyrighted software that is
  38.     provided to allow the user to evaluate it before paying.
  39.  
  40.     5. Vendors who charge their clients a fee to receive their
  41.     materials containing Simple Pairs must make it clear to their
  42.     customers that the fee does not include the purchase price
  43.     or registraion fee for Simple Pairs.  This clarification should
  44.     be included, in writing, with the vendor's distribution.

  46.     6. Problems or complaints about the program will be reported to
  47.     the author for investigation.
