  39.    * Texture Lab: Elemental Tools is a collection of 6 procedural mapping
  40.      types representing Fire, Water, Fog, Electrics, Strata and Noise. 
  41.      These procedurals work in much the same way as the ones that ship 
  42.      with MAX, such as Dents or Marble, and can be used in any combination 
  43.      to produce stunning effects - everything from animated swirling clouds
  44.      and water caustics, to jittery electricity or skin. All of the map 
  45.      types are animatable and loopable (except for Fire) which means that 
  46.      a user doesn't need to render out hundreds of frames to get a 
  47.      "repeatable" animated pattern. Each of the textures utilize 6 color 
  48.      knots that can be altered for an infinite variety of patterns. Since 
  49.      all of Texture Lab's maps work in the standard Material Editor, most 
  50.      of the parameters are animatable over time as well. One other unique 
  51.      feature of Texture Lab: Elemental Tools is that unlike the procedurals
  52.      that ship with MAX, the 6 Tlab maps can be automatically converted from
  53.      XYZ mapping coordinates to UVW, with a single check box.

  55.      The package consists of 1 routine that appears as 6 map types in the
  56.      Material Editor:

  58.        Elemental Tools - These appear in the Material Editor as six new map
  59.        types: 
  60.            1.Elemental Fire 
  61.            2.Elemental Water 
  62.            3.Elemental Fog 
  63.            4.Elemental Electrics 
  64.            5.Elemental Strata 
  65.            6.Elemental Noise

  67.       All of these maps may be referenced wherever a normal bitmap might be
  68.       used. Hence, Texture Lab maps can be used in projector spotlights as 
  69.       well as on objects!
