  8. distribute EnVision Publisher.  If you are a disk vendor, a BBS operator,
  9. or a user group librarian, please read this file. If you have any
  10. questions, please call us at 813-545-4354.

  13. EnVision Publisher.

  16.                        MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION TERMS
  17.                        --------------------------------

  19. The shareware version of EnVision Publisher may be distributed, as long as
  20. the following restrictions are observed:
  21.  
  22.   1.  EnVision Publisher must be distributed in its entirety and without
  23.       any modifications.
  24.  
  25.   2.  EnVision Publisher is NOT to be distributed or sold with its
  26.       reference manual, tutorial,or other supported documentation in printed
  27.       format. The EnVision Publisher manual, tutorial and other supported
  28.       documentation is on-disk in text format, and it must be distributed
  29.       this way.
  30.  
  31.   3.  EnVision Publisher is NOT to be used as an enticement to purchase
  32.       another product without prior written permition from Software Vision.
  33.  
  34.   4.  EnVision Publisher cannon be rented or leased.
  35.  
  36.   5.  EnVision Publisher may not be distributed by any for-profit entity
  37.       which does not disclose the following points in their literature:
  38.  
  39.          a.  The cost paid for the evaluation shareware disks is to cover
  40.              the disk vendor's distribution and marketing costs, and does
  41.              not cover the cost of the software.
  42.  
  43.          b.  Additional payment to the author is required if the user
  44.              continues to use a shareware program beyond the evaluation
  45.              period.

  47. These restrictions apply to anyone who wishes to distribute EnVision
  48. Publisher, including commercial disk vendors, BBS operators, user groups,

  53.                             NOTE TO DISK VENDORS

  56. If you wish to include EnVision Publisher in your catalog, and would like a
  57. picture of the screen, we can provide you with several bit-map screen
  58. images in PCX or TIFF format. Alternatively, feel free to produce your own
  59. screen images directly from the program. Also, on the shareware disks there
  60. is a PCX image called SCREEN.PCX which you may want to include in your
  61. catalog.

  63. EnVision Publisher comes on two disks, and it includes an INSTALL program.
  64. If you did NOT received your disks directly from us, please ensure that you
  65. have all the files. The files that make up EnVision Publisher are listed at
  66. the end of this file.

  76.        EnVision Publisher is a full-featured desktop publishing program with
  77.        advanced WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) page layout and
  78.        composition features that let you design documents in an interactive
  79.        visual environment. Mouse driven graphical user interface, context-
  80.        sensitive indexed help. Text can be scaled from 4 points to 108
  81.        points in increments of one point without loss of quality. Text can
  82.        be be rotated, bolded, italicized, kerned, or filled with any fill
  83.        pattern. Complete control over text blocks, text columns, line
  84.        leading, and line justification (left, right, center and full
  85.        justify). You type text directly on the page, or import it from a

  163. files EVP100P1.EXE and EVP100P2.EXE.
