  6.      If, after 15 days, you decide that you would like to continue 
  7.      using PEEPSHOW, you must complete the following form and return 
  8.      it with the correct registration fee enclosed.

  10.      Each PEEPSHOW registration is valid for use on a single CPU.
  11.  
  12.      The basic registration cost is $15 +$2 (p&h).
  13.  
  14.      A site license allows unlimited use of PEEPSHOW on an unlimited number 
  15.      of computers by an organization within that said organization's location
  16.      for the current version of PEEPSHOW.
