  7. Easy Installation

  10.    Run the INSTALL batch file specifying the path to where the utility files
  11.    are to be located. The directory you specify MUST exist prior to running
  12.    the INSTALL batch file.

  22.    The utilities can be extracted with the following syntax:

  27.    C:\VGAUTIL represents the directory to which the files are to be
  28.    extracted. This can be any directory that already exists.
