  57.      RIE, Version 1.04.  This information applies to individual users who wish 
  58.      to pass copies out to friends and associates.

  61.      Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should refer to the VENDOR.DOC 
  62.      file for complete information relating to them.

  74.      Software.  All rights reserved.

  77.      States Copyright law and also by International Treaty provisions.  Any 
  78.      use of this software in violation of Copyright law or the terms of this 
  79.      limited license will be prosecuted to the best of our ability.  The 
  80.      conditions under which you may copy this software and documentation are 
  81.      clearly outlined below under "Distribution Restrictions".

  84.      for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days.  If

  87.      payment to Rimrock Software.

  90.      registering the software is a violation of the terms of this limited

  93.      Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, 
  94.      disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program 
  95.      except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall 
  96.      result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  101.      Limited Distribution License:

  103.      As the copyright holder for RIE, Rimrock Software authorizes distribution 
  104.      by individuals only in accordance with the following restrictions. 
  105.  
  106.         (User Groups, Computer Clubs, Disk Vendors and Distributors, 
  107.         Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should refer to 
  108.         the VENDOR.DOC file for complete information relating to them.) 
  109.  
  110.         (BBS SYSOPs should refer to the SYSOP.DOC file for complete 
  111.         information relating to them.) 
  112.  
  113.      Individuals are hereby granted permission by Rimrock Software to copy the 
  114.      RIE archive distribution file for their own use (for evaluation purposes) 
  115.      or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY when the following conditions 
  116.      are met.

  118.      The RIE package is defined as containing all the material listed in the 
  119.      PACKING.LST file.  If any files listed in PACKING.LST, or the PACKING.LST 
  120.      file itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and 
  121.      distribution is forbidden.  If there are files in the RIE package that 
  122.      are not listed in PACKING.LST, then the RIE package has been tampered 
  123.      with, and distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a 
  124.      complete package suitable for distribution.

  126.         o  The RIE package - including all related program files and 
  127.            documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and must be 
  128.            distributed as a complete package, without exception.  The 
  129.            PACKING.LST file contains a list of all files that are part of the 
  130.            RIE package. 
  131.  
  132.         o  No price or other compensation may be charged for the RIE package.  
  133.            A distribution cost may be charged for the cost of the diskette, 
  134.            shipping and handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not 
  135.            exceed US$8.00 in the U.S. and Canada, or US$12.00 internationally.
  136.  
  137.         o  The RIE package CANNOT be sold as part of some other inclusive 
  138.            package.  Nor can it be included in any commercial software 
  139.            packaging offer, without a written agreement from Rimrock Software. 
  140.  
  141.         o  The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole or in part, 
  142.            using any means, without the written permission of Rimrock 
  143.            Software.  In other words, the disk-based documentation may not be 
  144.            distributed in PRINTED (hard copy) form. 
  145.  
  146.         o  The RIE package cannot be "rented" or "leased" to others.
  147.  
  148.  
  149.         o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, 
  150.            disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed 
  151.            program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such 
  152.            unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic 
  153.            termination of this license. 
  154.  
  155.         o  U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by 
  156.            the U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in 
  157.            this package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable 
  158.            to commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision 
  159.            (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software 
  160.            clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/ 
  161.            manufacturer is Rimrock Software, PO Box 2406, Hayden, Idaho, 
  162.            83835.
