- Type screen to see the instructions or screen /h for help. Screen will
- load itself and free the non resident data. It will check if your monitor
- is capable of shutting off using a BIOS interrupt. If so, it will also
- free the memory to store the screen. I plan to make it blank on EGA/CGA/
- Mono [When I can mess with it on someone's monitor]. For those it will
- just save the screen [4k] and clear it. Screen can be removed from memory
- also. If you load another TSR after screen is loaded, screen will instruct
- you to remove that one first.

- since the key interrupt may never get called and the screen will
- do unwanted blanks.
