You can change Multi Tasking Copy to an American version by changing the
language option in the icon. Click the icon, ask for information and change
the line that says LANGUAGE into

                LANGUAGE=USA

Other available languages are:
D = Deutsch
NL = Nederlands
E = Espagñol

                PART 2 - BUGREPORT
                ==================

Because Commodore has made the A1200 with a different keyboard, the
keyboard routine I've used doesn't work. This means, that if you have
an A1200 and use this great program, you shouldn't use the keyboard.
It might do nothing, it might crash the computer or it might reset
the computer. Whatever, it doesn't work. ( Note to Commodore: that's not
all, the new keyboard is way, way, WAY to slow. Because of that I get
ghostkeys all the time (or missing letters). )

                PART 3 - REQUEST

                PART 4 - OPTIONS DESCRIBED
                ==========================

MULTI TASKING COPIER

Recently a new copyprogram was released: Multi Tasking Copy or simply
MT-Copy. With this program the programmer has tried to get the most
out of the Amiga. Because of the attractive and easy usage it will
undoubtedly be an interesting program for a lot of people.

AVERAGE USER

For the average user, the program is interesting for a number of reasons:
* Easy to use.
    To make a copy one only needs to select a source and one or more
    destinations, insert the disks in the diskdrives and push the
    start button.
* The languages.
    MT-Copy can be installed in American, Dutch, German or Spanish.
    This ensures that the entire communication between the user and
    MT-Copy is in a language one can understand. For this language
    setting Workbench 2.1 is not required.
* Fast copying.
    A normal copy operation takes about 68 seconds, a verified copy
    102 seconds and a copy when using a RAM-drive 72 seconds.
* The diskname logbook.
    During the copy operation, the diskname and Block Allocation Map
    (BAM) are automatically shown. The first 100 disknames are saved
    in the diskname logbook. This way one can have a look in the
    System Information Screen at any moment and all these names appear
    on the screen.
* The Virus Checker.
    MT-Copy automatically recognizes a disk that is infected with the
    SADDAM-virus. The program recognizes tracks that were changed by
    this virus.

THE PROFESSIONAL USER

For the professional user, the program is interesting because of the
following qualities:
* The speed.
    MT-Copy is constructed in a way that speed always comes first.
    The text "Fast Copying" under "the average user" proves this.
    But on top of that there are a number of features that allow
    the program to work even faster, given the right conditions.
    These features are:
    * The Softtrack-system.
        MT-Copy introduces the spectacular Softtrack-system:
        once a track has been read, it will be remembered (stored
        in RAM). When the track should be read again, it will be
        read from RAM. This makes the time to read nil. This
        feature is very useful if you got the habit of checking
        the diskname before copying a disk.
    * The "Use BAM"-option.
        When the information appears about the tracks used (BAM),
        you can choose to activate "Use BAM" and only these
        tracks will be read. Tracks that are not used will be
        written but not read or verified.
    * The VERIFYEMPTYTRACKS-option.
        In the icon of MT-Copy the parameter VERIFYEMPTYTRACKS
        can be switched to NO. If this is done, empty tracks will
        no longer be verified on the destination disk(s). This
        method is justified because if an error occurs on one of
        these tracks, it can simply be repaired by formatting
        the track(s).
    * The multi-tasking system.
        If you have enough drives (physical diskdrives or
        RAM-drives), you can have multiple processes executed
        simultaneously. By doing this in a smart way you can
        spare the (wasted) time you normally need to change disks.
* Easy to use.
    To make the program even easier, the options S/D and AUTO are
    implemented.
    * When the option S/D is active, MT-Copy will automatically
    recognize disks that are inserted in the drives and after that
    it will decide whether the disk is a Source or a Destination.
    This means that if you want to copy a disk you only need to
    insert the disks and push the start button.
    * When the option AUTO is active and a process is activated,
    then this process will not disappear when it is finished.
    Instead MT-Copy will wait until the disks are removed and other
    disks inserted and will then start the same process again. This
    means you only need to set the operation ones and every time
    you want to make a new copy insert the disks.
* The trackanalysis.
    MT-Copy includes a powerful trackanalysis. When you ask for
    "More Info" on a process, the complete script of performed
    actions is shown. The analysis of errors that might occur during
    a process is also presented here.

THE LARGE QUANTITY COPIER

For users that copy a lot of disks, the program is iteresting as well,
because of the following qualities:
* Fast RAM-drives.
    MT-Copy offers a maximum of 3 RAM-drives. Copying from and to
    RAM-drives is very fast compared to the current leading copiers.
    Especially when creating a lot of copies, using a RAM-drive is
    very useful.
* MT-Copy Hardware.
    MT-Copy Hardware can be ordered seperately. This hardware allows
    you to connect 3 additional diskdrives. When you use a RAM-drive
    (as the source), this allows you to make 7 copies in 37 seconds.
    This means you can make about 400 copies an hour (time to change
    disks included).
