- Hi!
-
- Please always remember that DFA is Shareware. If you want to
- use it regularly, please register. Thank you.
-
- On the diskette you'll find (beyond other things) one
- version of DFA that was especially done for processors >=
- MC68020, called DFA_020. Notice that you can use this
- version only, if you have got an A3000 (or better) or a
- socalled "turbo" board that uses a MC68020 or better. If
- you try to use this version on a "normal" 68000 machine, it
- will crash.
-
- The installation of DFA is described in the manual in
- further detail.
-
- Short instructions for installation:
-
- Copy DFA and DFA.info to a drawer of your search path, e.g.
- "c:" or to "WBstartup".
-
- If you already have registered, copy your KEYFILE to the
- "s:" directory. You'll find it in the disk's s-directory!
-
- You may (if you want) copy the "adr.file" file to the "s:"
- drawer and it will be loaded during startup. If you don't,
- the address list will be empty in the beginning.
-
- If you want to use another language than English, please
- copy the catalog file to "Locale/Catalogs/<language>".
-
- The documentation is stored in compressed form, to fit on
- the disk. Please use the provided lha program ((c) by
- Stefan Boberg) to extract the documentation files.
-
- Alternatively to the steps described above, you may use the
- provided installer script. The installer program ((c) by
- Commodore) is included on this disk.
-
-
-
- Enjoy.
