  1. Boot compouter into safe mode, then run the FixOpsrv removal tool.  
  2. YOU MUST RUN THE MICROSOFT PATCH "273991US..." fix also!!!
  3. *to boot into safe mode on windows 98:  When starting the PC hold down the CTRL key until the Boot menu appears, select #3 SAFE MODE.
