  29. We have added a new installation program called GO'95.  This still functions
  30.  
  31. the same as our old installer GO.EXE.  Run INSTALL.EXE from a DOS prompt.
  32.  
  33. You cannot run this application from inside Windows DOS Shell.  Once you
  34.  
  35. have run INSTALL.EXE the GO'95 executables will be on the hard drive (C:).
  36.  
  37. Please do not discard this diskette.  If you have a problem with your
  38.  
  39. system you may need this diskette.

  43. Please configure your monitor using the "Monitor" option in the main window
  44.  
  45. of GO'95.  This program controls the frequencies sent to the monitor and
  46.  
  47. will allow the high resolution and high color modes to synchronize correctly
  48.  
  49. on your screen (for DOS only).

  57. GO'95 allows selection of text modes, video emulation modes, and monitor
  58.  
  59. mode frequencies for all environments outside of Windows.  Monitor

  61. timing information is saved and is automatically loaded on power-up or reset.

  65. Users with monitors not conforming to the industry preset monitors
  66.  
  67. provided can select the "User Defined" option which allows selection
  68.  
  69. of frequencies, sync polarities, and screen centering for each video
  70.  
  71. resolution and color depth.  Please consult your monitor manual for

  73. the exact capabilities of your monitor before selecting monitor
  74.  
  75. timing.  We strongly urge that selection of monitor timings in
  76.  
  77. "User Defined" be made for all resolutions and color depths.

  81. In other Operating Systems, i.e. OS/2, WARP, Windows NT, Windows 3.1, etc.,

  83. GO'95 will disable mouse support, diagnostics, monitor centering, and

  117. AutoCAD TurboDLD Deluxe driver has two features:
  118.  
  119.      1. accelerates AutoCAD REDRAWS, PANS, and ZOOMS
  120.  
  121.      2. provides a productive, user-friendly interface
  122.

  125. The driver is memory-resident and inserts itself between AutoCAD and the
  126.  
  127. video display adapter.  It has no other effect on AutoCAD's operation
  128.  
  129. besides graphics acceleration.  It runs with AutoShade 2 with RenderMan
  130.  
  131. and 3D Studio to provide enhanced rendering support.  386 version of
  132.  
  133. AutoCAD Release 10 and 11 is required.

  139. AutoCAD Release 10/386,11,12,13 Installation:

  141. 1.  Select INSTALL from the main window.

  396.     using the Display Icon in the Control Panel.  Select the

  398.     "List All Modes" button.  This will display all resolutions and

  400.     refresh rates available.  Please use the Test option so that you

  402.     can confirm that the selected refresh rate and resolution is

  404.     supported by your monitor.
