  49. By registering VCR Base, you gain FREE upgrades for LIFE, an official diskette with the latest version of the program on it, and the ability to customize the program to your personal needs (you must already own the full version of ToolBook to take advantage of this). 
  50. You are granted a license to try the program for a month.  After that, if you decide that you like it enough to keep it, you are expected to pay for it.  (It's ONLY $15 - for shipping & handling of your diskette, and my troubles.)
  51. You can upload the program to other BBS's, (in fact, I encourage and appreciate that!) but the archive you received it in must remain intact, and the program must not be altered in any way.
