  456. RIT offers an MFA in Imaging Arts with an Computer Animation focus. 
  457. Courses include 2D and 3D computer animation, scriptwriting, film language,
  458. programming (interactive and C/C++) and students have access to a full
  459. motion picture production facility.  The emphasis is on concept development
  460. and production NOT on simply learning pieces of software.  Students are
  461. award winners - last year "Shadow Puppets" a student produced animation was
  462. in the Electronic Theatre at SIGGRAPH'94.  Another student produced film
  463. won an Academy Award!  The program is 90 quarter credit hours (you have to
  464. have this many hours to receive an MFA from an accredited school).  Many
  465. motivated students are able to finish the program in 2 years, others plan
  466. to take somewhat longer.

  979. RIT offers an MFA in Imaging Arts with an Computer Animation focus. 
  980. Courses include 2D and 3D computer animation, scriptwriting, film language,
  981. programming (interactive and C/C++) and students have access to a full
  982. motion picture production facility.  The emphasis is on concept development
  983. and production NOT on simply learning pieces of software.  Students are
  984. award winners - last year "Shadow Puppets" a student produced animation was
  985. in the Electronic Theatre at SIGGRAPH'94.  Another student produced film
  986. won an Academy Award!  The program is 90 quarter credit hours (you have to
  987. have this many hours to receive an MFA from an accredited school).  Many
  988. motivated students are able to finish the program in 2 years, others plan
  989. to take somewhat longer.
