  73.         Full Sail Software authorizes distribution by individuals only in

  82.         copy the VB Escort for Windows diskette for their own use
  83.         (for evaluation purposes) or for other individuals to evaluate,

  86.         The VB Escort for Windows package is defined as containing
  87.         all the material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any
  88.         files listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST
  89.         file itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and
  90.         distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a
  91.         complete package suitable for distribution.

  93.             o   The VB Escort for Windows package - including all
  94.                 related program files and documentation files - CANNOT
  95.                 be modified in any way and must be distributed as a
  96.                 complete package, without exception.  The PACKING.LST
  97.                 text file contains a list of all files that are part of
  98.                 the VB Escort for Windows package.

  100.             o   No price or other compensation may be charged for the
  101.                 VB Escort for Windows package.  A distribution
  102.                 cost may be charged for the cost of the diskette,
  103.                 shipping and handling, as long as the total (per disk)
  104.                 does not exceed US$6.00 in the U.S. and Canada, or 
  105.                 US$8.00 internationally.

  107.             o   The VB Escort for Windows package CANNOT be sold
  108.                 as part of some other inclusive package.  Nor can it be
  109.                 included in any commercial software packaging offer,
  110.                 without a written agreement from Full Sail Software.

  112.             o   The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole
  113.                 or in part, using any means, without the written
  114.                 permission of Full Sail Software.  In other words, the
  115.                 disk-based documentation may not be distributed in
  116.                 PRINTED (hardcopy) form.

  118.             o   The VB Escort for Windows package cannot be
  119.                 "rented" or "leased" to others.
  120.  
  121.             o   Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell,
  122.                 modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse
  123.                 engineer, or transfer the licensed program except as
  124.                 provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use
  125.                 shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
  126.                 this license.

  128.             o   U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or
  129.                 disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer
  130.                 software and documentation in this package shall be
  131.                 subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  132.                 commercial computer software as set forth in
  133.                 subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data
  134.                 and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS
  135.                 52.227-7013).
