  27.           Caladonia Systems Inc. warrants the physical diskette(s) and
  28.           physical documentation provided with registered versions to be
  29.           free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
  30.           ninety days from the date of registration.  If Caladonia Systems
  31.           Inc. receives notification within the warranty period of defects
  32.           in materials or workmanship, and such notification is determined
  33.           by Caladonia Systems Inc. to be correct, Caladonia Systems Inc.
  34.           will replace the defective diskette(s) or documentation.

  36.           The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  37.           Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective
  38.           diskette(s) or documentation and shall not include or extend to
  39.           any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including
  40.           but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software,
  41.           or special, incidental, or consequential damages or other similar
  42.           claims, even if Caladonia Systems Inc. has been specifically advised
  43.           of the possibility of such damages.  In no event will Caladonia
  44.           Systems's liability for any damages to you or any other person
  45.           ever exceed the lower of suggested list price or actual price paid
  46.           for the license to use the software, regardless of any form of the
  47.           claim.
