  22.         use of Code.Print for Visual Basic, Version 2.24.  This
  23.         information applies to individual users who wish to pass copies
  24.         out to friends and associates.

  27.         Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should

  47.         provisions.  Any use of this software in violation of Copyright
  48.         law or the terms of this limited license will be prosecuted to
  49.         the best of our ability.  The conditions under which you may copy
  50.         this software and documentation are clearly outlined below under

  76.         As the copyright holder for Code.Print for Visual Basic,
  77.         Caladonia Systems authorizes distribution by individuals only in
  78.         accordance with the following restrictions.

  81.            Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should
  82.            refer to the VENDOR.TXT file for complete information relating

  88.         Individuals are hereby granted permission by Caladonia Systems to
  89.         copy the Code.Print for Visual Basic diskette for their own use
  90.         (for evaluation purposes) or for other individuals to evaluate,
  91.         ONLY when the following conditions are met.

  93.         The Code.Print for Visual Basic package is defined as containing
  94.         all the material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any
  95.         files listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST
  96.         file itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and
  97.         distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a
  98.         complete package suitable for distribution.

  100.             o   The Code.Print for Visual Basic package - including all
  101.                 related program files and documentation files - CANNOT
  102.                 be modified in any way and must be distributed as a
  103.                 complete package, without exception.  The PACKING.LST
  104.                 text file contains a list of all files that are part of
  105.                 the Code.Print for Visual Basic package.

  107.             o   No price or other compensation may be charged for the
  108.                 Code.Print for Visual Basic package.  A distribution
  109.                 cost may be charged for the cost of the diskette,
  110.                 shipping and handling, as long as the total (per disk)
  111.                 does not exceed

  113.             o   US$8.00 in the U.S. and Canada, or US$12.00
  114.                 internationally.

  116.             o   The Code.Print for Visual Basic package CANNOT be sold
  117.                 as part of some other inclusive package.  Nor can it be
  118.                 included in any commercial software packaging offer,
  119.                 without a written agreement from Caladonia Systems.

  121.             o   The On-Line help system may not be reproduced in whole
  122.                 or in part, using any means, without the written
  123.                 permission of Caladonia Systems.  In other words, the
  124.                 on-line documentation may not be distributed in
  125.                 PRINTED (hardcopy) form.

  127.             o   The Code.Print for Visual Basic package cannot be
  128.                 "rented" or "leased" to others.
  129.  
  130.             o   Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell,
  131.                 modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse
  132.                 engineer, or transfer the licensed program except as
  133.                 provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use
  134.                 shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
  135.                 this license.

  137.             o   U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or
  138.                 disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer
  139.                 software and documentation in this package shall be
  140.                 subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  141.                 commercial computer software as set forth in
  142.                 subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data
  143.                 and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS
  144.                 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer is Caladonia
