  7. DESCRIPTION:
  8. ---------------------
  9. Sermon Library is a database programme to help people
  10. in ministry to store messages/sermons. Each sermon can
  11. be entered with a range of notations, including Bible 
  12. references, dated notes and additional comments. It also 
  13. has the ability to store a word processor file name. This
  14. can be used to launch the word processor and view the sermon
  15. without leaving Sermon Library. The file name can also be used
  16. to print the file from within Sermon Library.

  18. Once sermons are entered they can be sorted by Title, Date,
  19. Series or Theme. A search facility will also search each of 
  20. these fields to help you locate a particular sermon at a later
  21. date.

  24. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  27. This copy of Sermon Library will run on both Win3.1 and Win95.
  28. Install Sermon Library by running the Setup.exe file and
  29. following the on screen instructions.

  31. The following points should be noted and followed in order
  32. for Sermon Library to run correctly.
  33.  
  34. 1. The Borland Database Engine (BDE) should be installed
  35.     to the c:\idapi folder.
  36.  
  37. 2. The Sermon Library files should be installed to the
  38.     c:\sermon folder.
  39.  
  40.  
  41. These are the default installation directories. 
  42.  
  43. Sermon Library is designed to run at screen resolution of 
  44. 640x480 and 800x600. Screen display cannot be guaranteed at
  45. other resolutions.

  47. REGISTRATION
  48. ------------------------

  50. Sermon Library is shareware. Please evaluate its use for 
  51. 30 days, after which time you are required to register it.
  52.  
  53. By registering your copy of Sermon Library you are supporting
  54. the community work of our church (The Salvation Army, 
  55. Tarrawanna, Australia).

  84. Non-licensed users are granted a limited license 
  85. to use Sermon Library on a 30-day trial basis for 
  86. the purpose of determining whether Sermon Library 
  87. is suitable for their needs.  The use of 
  88. Sermon Library except for the initial 30-day trial, 
  89. requires registration.  The use of unlicensed copies 
  90. of Sermon Library, outside of the initial 30-day 
  91. trial, by any person, business, corporation,
  92. government agency or any other entity is strictly
  93. prohibited.

  95. A license for personal use may be purchased that 
  96. grants the user the right to use Sermon Library 
  97. on one or more computers, but only one person at 
  98. a time (eg like reading a book, only one person 
  99. can read it at a time).

  101. A limited license is granted to copy and distribute
  102. Sermon Library only for the trial use of others, subject
  103. to the above limitations.

  106. LIMITED WARRANTY

  108. Legacy of Love Software warrants that all disks 
  109. (where supplied) provided are free from defects in 
  110. material and workmanship, assuming normal use, 
  111. for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

  113. Legacy of Love Software warrants that the program 
  114. will perform in substantial compliance with the 
  115. documentation supplied with the software product.  
  116. If a significant defect in the product is found, 
  117. the Purchaser may return the product for a refund.  
  118. In no event will such a refund exceed the purchase 
  119. price of the product.

  121. All care has been taken in producing Sermon Library. 
  122. It has been tested on different systems and has 
  123. run successfully. When you run it on your machine 
  124. you take responsibility for effects it may have on 
  125. your computer.
