  25. LICENSE, CONDITIONS OF USE and REDISTIBUTION

  27. The included set of icons are PUBLIC DOMAIN. With the provisos:
  28.   A) redistribution of this archive is not permitted with the
  29.      intent of profit.
  30.   B) parties who wish to copy this archive to be made available
  31.      for any sort of public distibution must have consent of the
  32.      author.
  33.   C) the included icons are provided to the end user "as-is". 
  34.      Therefore, any damages one may claim of these icons files
  35.      inflicting a virus upon them are not the responsibility of
  36.      the author (though, come on: virii in icons?)
  37.   D) a copyright has not bee included on these icons, however,
  38.      as a proviso of the author's public release, they remain his
  39.      "intellectual property": they cannot be redistributed in any
  40.      form or medium as individual icons, nor without the additional
  41.      included files in this archive (especially this one).
