  6. ServiceIt is a Unicode console application 
  7. used to create NT Services that wrap regular 
  8. applications and make them behave like 
  9. services.  This is particularly useful if you 
  10. need to run an application without having to 
  11. log in.  For instance, you can turn a dialer 
  12. program into a service to automatically connect 
  13. to the Internet following unattended reboots.
