  4. Purpose
  5. =======
  6. VssDelphi is an integration of Microsoft's Visual SourceSafe 5.0
  7. Into Borland's Delphi IDE. After isntalling, A 'SourceSafe' menu 
  8. will be added to your Delphi Environemnt. This menu includes most 
  9. of SourceSafe operations:
  10. Get Latest Version/Check Out/Check In/Undo Check Out,
  11. Add/Remove Files to Sourcesafe,
  12. Show History, Show Differences etc.

  14. Installing
  15. ==========
  16. First UnInstall any previous versions of VssDelphi,
  17. Then run Setup.exe.

  20. Uninstall
  21. ==========
  22. To uninstall, go to the "add/remove programs" in control
  23. panel and choose "EPocalispe VssDelphi".

  25. Important
  26. =========
  27. VssDelphi now uses a file with the extension '.vss' to
  28. store details about each project. This file is placed
  29. in the directory where your projet file (.dpr) is placed.
  30. Do not add this file to source control.
  31. If you delete this file, simply open the project again
  32. from SourceSafe ("File|Open from source safe") and it
  33. will be restored.

  37. Show difference - now also on '.dfm' files!
  38. Speed - VssDelphi now works much faster.
  39. Project Explorer - Explore you project in SourceSafe.

  56. This program is shareware. You can use it for evaluation purpose
  57. only. If you want to use it on a regular basis, you must register
  58. it.

  62. You can now register VssDelphi ONLINE through ShareIt.
  63. If you don't want to register online, ShareIt offers lots
  64. of other ways to register.
