  13. ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  15. Evaluation and Registration

  19. evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days.  
  20. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period, 
  21. a registration fee is required. See ORDER.TXT file or 
  22. 'Register Information' section in on-line help for detailed 
  23. information about registration method and price list.

  29. documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of the 
  30. original evaluation version to anyone, and distribute the 
  31. evaluation version of the software and documentation in its

  33. charge or requesting donations for any such copies however 
  34. made and from distributing the software and/or documentation 
  35. with other products without the author's written permission.

  40. One registered copy of EditPlus may either be used by a single 
  41. person who uses the software personally on one or more 
  42. computers, or installed on a single workstation used 
  43. non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.  You may 
  44. access the registered version of EditPlus through a network, 
  45. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the 
  46. software covering all workstations that will access the 
  47. software through the network.
