What is XPoint?
XPoint provides the easiest and quickest solution for creating full-scaled interactive presentations. It uses a drag and drop paradigm, making multimedia authoring as simple as copying and moving files. XPoint is one of the first programs to offer sophisticated interactivity without programming. Programming projects that used to take days is now reduced to minutes. Changing any part of presentations is as easy as adding new files and deleting old ones. Simply drop slide images (such as screen shots from PowerPoint, PageMaker or internet websites) in the same folder as XPoint and then double-click on the XPoint icon, your presentation will begin immediately. Place any sound files in the same folder to add background music to your show. Adding navigation buttons to create interactivity; simply place any button images in a sub-directory called buttons. Name a button image Xpthome will take the presentation to the first slide and name a button Xptnext will advance the slide show to the next image. Naming a button image the same as one of the slide images will take the presentation to that slide whenever this button is clicked.
