  46. To install it, simply unzip the zip file and run Setup.exe

  59.  SOFTWARE LICENSE

  61.  Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use
  62.  WinXFiles on a 30-day trial basis for the purpose of
  63.  determining whether WinXFiles is suitable for their
  64.  needs.  The use of WinXFiles, except for the initial
  65.  30-day trial, requires registration.  The use of
  66.  unlicensed copies of WinXFiles, outside of the initial
  67.  30-day trial, by any person, business, corporation,
  68.  government agency or any other entity is strictly
  69.  prohibited.

  71.  A license for personal use that grants
  72.  the user the right to use WinXFiles on one computer may be purchased.
  73.  A commercial license requires sufficient licensing
  74.  equal to the number of users, or the quantity
  75.  of workstations that access the software, whichever is
  76.  smaller.

  78.  No one may modify or patch the WinXFiles executable files
  79.  in any way, including but not limited to decompiling,
  80.  disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the
  81.  programs.

  83.  A limited license is granted to copy and distribute
  84.  WinXFiles only for the trial use of others, subject
  85.  to the above limitations, and also the following:
  86.  
  87.   1)    WinXFiles and all of its release files must be
  88.         copied in unmodified form, complete with the file
  89.         containing this license information.

  91.   2)    No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested
  92.         or accepted, except as authorized below:

  94.         A) Operators of electronic bulletin board systems
  95.            (sysops) may make WinXFiles available for down-
  96.            loading only as long as the above conditions are
  97.            met.  An overall or time-dependent charge for the
  98.            use of the bulletin board system is permitted as
  99.            long as there is not a specific charge for the
  100.            download of WinXFiles.

  102.         B) Vendors of user-supported or shareware software
  103.            approved by the ASP may distribute WinXFiles,
  104.            subject to the above conditions, without specific
  105.            permission.

  107.         C) Non-profit user groups may distribute copies of
  108.            the WinXFiles diskette to their members,
  109.            subject to the above conditions, without specific
  110.            permission.  Non-profit groups may collect a disk
  111.            duplication fee not to exceed five dollars.

  113.   LIMITED WARRANTY

  115.   PEPSOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR
  116.   IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES
  117.   OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
  118.   WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.  SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE
  119.   DEFECTIVE, THE PURCHASER ASSUMES THE RISK OF PAYING THE
  120.   ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR 
  121.   CORRECTION AND ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
  122.   IN NO EVENT WILL PEPSOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
  123.   (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
  124.   BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
