  73. FONE(tm) is a comprehensive telephone cost management database 
  74. program that calculates the approximate time and cost of calls 
  75. BEFORE placed, DISPLAYS ON-GOING TIME and CALL COST IN REAL TIME, 
  76. and serves as a powerful contact directory management tool.  This
  77. full-featured program handles everything from addresses, to 
  78. maintaining a list of frequently called numbers, to providing an 
  79. on-screen memo pad for each contact entry in the users' Personal 
  80. Database.   Cost/time calls and records can be obtained without a 
  81. MODEM.  The handy Surcharge feature allows you track time and 
  82. labor for both incoming and outboing calls.  Auto-Lookup of 
  83. expanded list of USA Cities, International major Cities  In 
  84. addition, many searchable International Postal Codes are included
  85. in the Sample Database.  Put in your own rates, cities, and 
  86. countries with the same call and labor time/cost tracking, 
  87. monitoring, and report performance.

  92. FONE(tm) maintains a Call Log Report of all calls, itemizing: 
  93. whom, time spent, call charges (including Local Calls); a Monthly 
  94. Bill Report of recurring and time/call charges (Manual Call Cost 
  95. Entry allows user to enter time/cost of calls made while away 
  96. from the computer); Contact Report for each entry in the user 
  97. Personal Database (includes memos, time/costs, dates, etc).

  100. 2.0  SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

  109. 3.0  SETUP
  110.  
  111.     PIC/PRC:    When you first run FONE(tm), you will be 
  112.                 prompted with a User License Agreement.  
  113.                 After the license agreement, you will 
  114.                 be prompted for User information and 
  115.                 preferences.  The information is required 
  116.                 to evaluate the software.

  118.                 When completed a Personal Identification Code 
  119.                 (PIC) will be created, which must included with
  120.                 your FONE(tm) Registration Fee.
  121.  
  122.                 Once you have paid the Registration Fee for 
  123.                 FONE(tm), a Personal Registration Code (PRC) will 
  124.                 be sent to you in the mail, which will allow the 
  125.                 current FONE(tm) you are running to be registered.

  135. 4.0  HOW TO INSTALL FONE(tm)
  136.  
  137.     From BBS OR    
  138.     Internet:   If you Download FONE(tm) Version 8.1-95/NT from a 
  139.                 Internet Provider, or a BBS, create a separate 
  140.                 temporary directory for it on your hard disk, and 
  141.                 unZip FONE(tm) using any compatible unZipping 
  142.                 program you feel comfortable with.  After 
  143.                 unZipping FONE(tm), run the, "setup.exe", that 
  144.                 comes with the FONE(tm) Zip file.  Follow ALL the 
  145.                 prompts!  
  146.  
  147.                 Once FONE(tm) is installed you will need to 
  148.                 setup your User information and preferences in 
  149.                 order to run the program.
  150.  
  151.             This can be accomplished by double clicking on the 
  152.                 FONE(tm) icon and selecting the Setup-Personal 
  153.                 Info, from the Pull-Down Menu Bar.

  157.     Diskette:   If you received FONE(tm) Version 8.1-95/NT on 
  158.                 two (2), 1/2 inch 1.44mb floppy disks.  Insert 
  159.                 Disk 1 and run Setup, follow ALL the prompts.

  161.                 Once FONE(tm) is installed you will need to 
  162.                 setup your User information and preferences in 
  163.                 order to run the program.

  165.             This can be accomplished by double clicking on 
  166.                 the FONE(tm) icon and selecting the 
  167.                 Setup-Personal Info, from the Pull-Down Menu Bar.

  170. 5.0  HOW TO UNINSTALL FONE(tm)

  172.     Remove:     If at anytime you wish to uninstall FONE(tm) 
  173.                 Version 8.1-95/NT, go to the Windows95 Control 
  174.                 Panel, select the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS Icon. Find 
  175.                 the "FONE(tm) for Windows 95/NT", in the 
  176.                 selection box, and select Remove.  FONE(tm) will 
  177.                 then be removed from your system.
