  12. I purchased the Bible Library CDROM a few weeks ago and although is has some-
  13. thing like 9 Bible version, many references and a couple of Study Bibles, the
  14. CD has a very poor interface to read it.  Nothing is in ASCII form, everything
  15. is packed, although only about 1/2 the CD's total space is used.  It does not
  16. have any mouse support and the menus to move around within the program are all
  17. hidden so you have to keep refering to a "cheet-sheet" to know how to move
  18. around.  There is a way to get the "text" out by using it's own way of "clipping"
  19. the text out to and ASCII file on your hard disk.  And lastly I did not like
  20. the lack of ability to page forward or backward from a point of search.  You
  21. can search and find a verse about "angels", but you can not look at the next or
  22. previous verse!  Strange.

  24. On the plus side, you can do quite in depth searches and even go back to the
  25. Greek and Hebrew versions.  I bought this CD because it seemed to have the 
  26. most versions on one CD while other "Bible CD's" seem to focus on one or two.
  27. On this I am pleased with.  I just don't like the interface to get to the
  28. info.  I am thinking of Phoning the company and ask them a few questions.

  30. Oh, one last thing.  They make sure you know that all the text is copywrited.
  31. Really?  I did not know you could copywrite the Bible?  The doc says that you
  32. may not print over 1,000 verses without the O.k. from the company.

  34. Anyhow for the $30 I paid I felt it was still worth it.  Having access to that
  35. much info (although not easily) on one CD is great to have.
