  36. Quick Start Instructions:
  37.  
  38.   Windows 3.1/NT:
  39.     Go to "File" menu under program manager and choose Run.  At the
  40.     Command Line box, type: "D:\setup", assuming 'D' is your cdrom drive.
  41.     This will install a group folder with icons for this cdrom.
  42.  
  43.   MSDOS Quick Start:
  44.     Change to your CDROM drive and type "view".
  45.     Example:
  46.           C:\> D:
  47.           D:\> view
  48.  
  49.   Windows 95:
  50.     Insert the cdrom into the cdrom drive.  This will automatically
  51.     start a CDROM browser program called WinView.
  52.     Alternatively, you can also install the program group and icon
  53.     by selecting the "Start" menu and choosing "Run".  At the Run
  54.     box, type: "D:\setup", assuming 'D' is your cdrom drive.

  56. Using the 00_INDEX.HTM:
  57.  
  58. We have included 00_index.htm files so the user may use a Web browser
  59. to view our disc.
  60.  
  61. In order to view this disc using these 00_index.htm files, point your
  62. Web browser to the root level 00_index.htm file.
  63.  
  64. For example, in Netscape/Mosaic:
  65.  
  66.         1) Choose File/Open File (or File/Open Local File with Mosaic)
  67.         2) Choose your CDROM Drive under "Drives"
  68.         3) Select the 00_index.htm file
  69.         4) Click on OK
  70.  
  71. The 00_index.htm files have been tested under Netscape 1.1 (Windows,
  72. Macintosh, and FreeBSD), Netscape 1.22 (Windows), Netscape 2.0b2,
  73. Mosaic 2.00 (Final Beta), and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

  78.  
  79. To make browsing the disc easier, we have included the program WinView
  80. for Windows, and the program VIEW for MSDOS on the CDROM.  These programs
  81. allow you to page through index files, browse through directories on the
  82. CD, view documentations and uncompress/install the program(s) you want
  83. onto your hard disk.

  89. This disk contains many shareware programs and images. Shareware can
  90. be considered to be a sort of try before you buy system where you are
