  33.     Command Line box, type: "D:\setup", assuming 'D' is your cdrom drive.
  34.     This will install a group folder with icons for this cdrom.

  37.     Go to the "Start" button and choose Run.  At the Command Line box,
  38.     type: "D:\setup", assuming 'D' is your cdrom drive.  This will
