  32. other monsters intent on sending you to your doom.  Built-in level editor
  33. lets you create and collect hundreds of levels!  1-8 players, joystick
  34. supported.  Full screen arcade action with digital Sound Blaster effects
  35. and 256 color VGA graphics.

  49. The distribution disks should not contain the included utility,
  50. JSWITCH.EXE, or it's related data files, starting with the '_' character.

  56. BBS SysOps:  This program may be freely distributed over BBS systems as long
  57. as there are no files added to or removed from the original compressed file
  58. package.  Any and all file modifications are strictly prohibited.  Sysops
  59. wishing to additionally become BBS Distribution Sites should send a message

  62. Vendors, BBS Sysops, Distributors, Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to
  63. add the software product to their library may do so in accordance with the
  64. Distribution Restrictions listed below.

  67. Limited distribution License: -------------- As the exclusive copyright holder
  68. for this software, Software Creations authorizes distribution only in 
  69. accordance with the following restrictions.

  71.     - Vendors choosing to distribute this software MUST CONTACT
  72.       Software Creations. You may do this by sending a copy of 
  73.       your catalog along with the registration form at the end
  74.       of this file.

  76.     - This software product is NOT available for distribution 
  77.       through retail stores or catalogs which sell mostly 
  78.       non-shareware, commercial software without prior written

  97.       must be distributed as a complete product, without exception.

  102.       installation routine which may have been included by the author.

  125.        - This software product cannot be "rented" or "leased" to 
  126.      others.

  128.        - You may not list any of our products in advertisements, 
  129.      catalogs, or other literature which describes our products 
  130.      as "FREE SOFTWARE".  Shareware is "Try-Before-You-Buy" 
  131.      software, it is not free.  You may not list any of our 
  132.      products in advertisements, catalogs, or other literature 
  133.      which describes our products as "PUBLIC DOMAIN SOFTWARE".

  135.      been, in the public domain.

  137.        - Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
